New information gathered from domestic and overseas AIR centers and programs will be introduced for the benefit of Japanese artists ambitiously seeking creative centers worldwide, and for art professionals seeking to build international networks. The third open forum, coorganized by the Finnish Embassy, the Finnish Institute, and the Royal Norwegian Embassy, and with the cooperation of the Japan Foundation, will focus on the culture of countries within the Arctic Circle while introducing Artist Residencies that are active in that area.
