【Body Awareness and Understanding (Open Level Class)】

7/4(thu)-7/6(sat) Batch1 18:00-19:00｜Batch2 19:00-20:00
This class touches on the flow of energy and the circular and spiral imagery of energy adapted to the body's linear and jointed physicality. This pushes the body and the dance to be flexible, fluid, and versatile - and encourages self-expression and movement exploration.

【Kids Creative Movement】
7/6(sat) Batch1 15:00-16:00, Batch2 16:00-17:00

A movement class catered to children to explore physical skills through music, stimulate their imagination and develop creativity, self-confidence, and self-efficacy. This will be conducted in English—so it will also be a tool for them to simultaneously learn dance/movement and language.
